Many folks participated in our raffle for a week at Rachel Carson’s Maine cottage, kindly facilitated by her family. Congratulations to the 2017 winner, Raina Rippel of McMurray, PA.
The raffle for a week from July 14-21, 2018 is now open. We welcome anyone who would like the opportunity to visit this private oceanfront cottage. Only 100 chances will be sold through December 30 while available. For more information, read on.

Follow-up: I just wanted to expand upon my earlier email–this is an immense honor, and beyond words, I feel so blessed to follow in her footsteps. As someone who tries every day to carry on her legacy, this raffle win means SO MUCH to me. I just read Bob Musil’s description of staying at the cottage.
